The pouch across the front sits above the line a hipbelt takes, so your hands still go in with a pack on. Nothing runs down the centre, so there is no zip for a chest strap to press into you.

Cut on a women's pattern, narrower through the shoulder and shaped through the waist, so take your usual size. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one, because everything here is meant to be layered.

Machine wash cool and inside out, and skip the fabric softener. It coats the fibre and is the most common way people ruin the wicking on a base layer. Do not tumble dry fleece or anything waterproof. Heated pieces are washed only with the power cell removed.
